As a smaller firm, we take on limited projects to provide personalized attention. Our in-house design team ensures seamless communication between design and installation, but we also work with external plans. Explore our 7-step design process below, and contact us to get started!

Schedule An Initial Consultation

Call us at 650-288-8663 to book your $185 non-refundable consultation. If you proceed with the project, this fee will be deducted from the total cost.
Initial Consultation Meeting
​​
In this 1-2 hour session, we’ll discuss your landscape vision, budget, timeline, and maintenance needs. Beforehand, please complete our Intake Form. We'll visit your property to assess the space, take photos, and record measurements.

Design Rendering
​
Our landscape designer hand draws your future landscape using various mediums, and a detailed plant list is provided.
Second Client Meeting & Presentation
​
In this meeting, we’ll present the rendering and plant recommendations, considering size, location, season, and sun/shade tolerance. Plant selection remains flexible, and we’ll refine the design based on your feedback to finalize the plant list.

Project Approval
​
Once approved, the project moves forward. Our team ensures seamless coordination between design and installation, though you may choose another installer. If you work with us, we’ll also handle any required city permits.
Project Installation Begins
​
Our crew oversees daily progress and sources quality materials at the best prices. We coordinate with trusted vendors to stay on schedule and within budget. Material and labor fees are collected bi-weekly to cover upfront costs.

Project Completion

With the final payment collected, your new outdoor space is ready to enjoy! We’ll review maintenance needs, take final photos, and recommend reliable maintenance services if needed.
